I am told so slowly that it takes about 15 minutes to add in. Just a few tiny crumbs of lye at a time onto the frozen milk. Don't know if this is true or not as I haven't actually tried it, I just saw it posted on a Youtube video. There is a ton of cheese and soap making how to's on there. Love you tube as I am a more visual learner.
